Ophavsret handler om at give rettighedshaverne kontrollen.  De skal spørges, hvis man vil bruge litteratur, film billeder og musik. Måske får man nej. Og måske får man kun ja, hvis man betaler.

Men det er ikke alle, der mener, at det system fungerer. Nogle mener, at rettighedshavernes pris er for høj. Andre mener, det er urimeligt, at man overhovedet skal spørge om lov. De henviser bl.a. til, at information vil være fri, og at maksimal videndeling er i alles interesse.Den konflikt handler ikke bare om penge og jura. Den handler også om dybtliggende ideologiske modsætninger. Og det er det vigtigt at forstå, hvis man vil have en meningsfuld dialog med mennesker, der mener noget andet end én selv.

  • Hvorfor går biblioteksfolk og rettighedshavere altid galt af hinanden?
  • Skal oplæsning på biblioteker koste penge?
  • Hvor bange skal vi være, når vores børn ser film på Popcorn-time?
  • Hvad skal veje tungest, arkivadgang eller ophavsret?
  • Og hvem har gjort en sådan ekstraordinær indsats til fremme af ophavsretten, at han eller hun skal have UBVA-prisen 2017?

Would it treat this in a similar way to a 301 redirect and pass all link equity onto the preferred or would these links be lost?I’m in the process of redirecting a number of duplicate pages so will use this technique if the links are passed on, otherwise i will just stick with the 301 method.

I’m not immune to misplacing a few commas, but the basic ones are easy enough and yet so many writers seem to have no clue. It makes me wonder if schools are teaching punctuation anymore. Carol was a gentle soul, with a ready smile for everyone and the kindest woman you could ever meet. It’s still her favorite (HATED applesauce!)Sadly, Baby H has attended a funeral too (when she was about 6 weeks, for my grandfather). NOT because I didn’t want to, but because I couldn’t. I’d have loved to travel. BUT as I pointed out in the original post, we don’t GET that kind of money. The three Republicans who won, however, are Rebiblicans. I am so very proud of Minnesota voters for saying no to six really despicable candidates.
